FAQs

A型肝炎ワクチンは何回打てば効果がありますか？

国産の不活化ワクチンの場合は計3回が基本です。1回目から2〜4週あけて2回目を接種すると、多くの方で6か月程度の予防効果が得られます。さらに1回目から約24週後（約6か月後）に3回目を接種することで、およそ5年間の予防効果が期待できます。効果の持続には個人差があります。

出発直前でも間に合いますか？

2回目まで接種できていれば一定の予防効果が期待できるため、出発の1か月前までにご相談いただくと2回接種が可能です。出発直前で1回しか打てない場合でも、無防備で渡航するよりは意味がありますが、十分な効果は期待しにくくなります。渡航予定が決まった時点でのご相談をおすすめします。

費用は保険が使えますか？

予防接種は病気の治療ではないため、公的医療保険の対象外となり全額自己負担（自由診療）です。

他のワクチンと同じ日に接種できますか？

不活化ワクチンどうしであれば、同じ日に別々の部位へ接種することが可能です。B型肝炎、破傷風、狂犬病など渡航向けのワクチンと組み合わせて計画を立てられます。組み合わせや間隔は接種歴・渡航先・出発日によって変わるため、診察時にご相談ください。

追加接種（ブースター）は必要ですか？

3回接種後はおよそ5年の予防効果が見込まれ、その後に追加接種を行うことでより長期の予防が期待できるとされています。渡航頻度やお仕事の内容によって考え方が変わるため、次回の渡航予定を含めてご相談ください。
