Our clinic is conveniently located, a 5-minute walk from Aoyama-itchome Station and a 6-minute walk from Nogizaka Station. What to Bring for Your First Visit

  • Online Consultation: Nothing in particular is needed (completed with a pre-consultation questionnaire and video consultation with a doctor after purchase).
  • In-person Consultation: Generally, nothing is required, but for your peace of mind, it is recommended to bring an identity verification document (My Number Card, driver's license, passport, etc.).

About Online Consultation and Web Reservations

  • Online Consultation: After purchasing your desired medication/service, it is completed with a pre-consultation questionnaire and a video consultation with a doctor. If payment and prescription are finalized by 3 PM, shipping will be on the same day. You can use our services smoothly from the comfort of your home. (For cash on delivery, the deadline is 2 PM.)
  • In-person Consultation: Please check availability and make a reservation through our web reservation system.

Payment is primarily by credit card. If you do not have a credit card, the following methods are also available:
