Set plans are as follows: 3 months: 1 month low-dose + 2 months high-dose; 6 months: 2 months low-dose + 4 months high-dose.

[About this medication]
・GLP-1 is a hormone originally present in the human body, and GLP-1 receptor agonists are medications that supplement this GLP-1 from outside the body.
・By suppressing hunger and prolonging feelings of fullness, food intake is reduced, which can lead to weight loss.

[How to take]
・Upon waking, take 1 tablet with 100ml or less of water, and do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after taking (fast for 2 hours if possible). Please note that if you eat or drink within 6 hours before or 30 minutes after taking, the effect may be reduced.
・If you forget to take it, continue taking it as usual from the next day.
・Do not take 2 tablets at once.
・If you are taking regular medication, avoid taking it during this fasting period. If you have any concerns about the timing of your regular medication, please contact us.
・The dosage can be increased to 3mg, 7mg, and a maximum of 14mg. Please follow your doctor's instructions for dosage increases.

[Side effects]
・If you experience severe side effects such as gastrointestinal problems, hypoglycemia, or acute pancreatitis, or in an emergency, stop taking the medication and seek medical attention at the nearest medical institution.
・Side effects usually lessen, but if any abnormalities are observed, take appropriate measures such as discontinuing the administration.
・There have been reports of worsening depressive symptoms (this is still under research and there is no clear announcement at this time). Please use with caution if you have a mental illness.

・Unapproved drugs (use for a different purpose)
This drug is approved under the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act for the indication of type 2 diabetes. However, its use for the purpose of obesity treatment at our clinic is not approved in Japan.

We purchase approved domestic drugs from domestic pharmaceutical wholesalers.

・Availability of approved domestic drugs
There is a GLP-1 preparation that is manufactured and sold with marketing approval in Japan for the indication of obesity treatment.

効果効能

リベルサス（セマグルチド）は、世界初の経口GLP-1受容体作動薬です。

食欲を抑え、満腹感を持続させることで食事量を自然にコントロールし、体重減少をサポートします。また、血糖値の改善にも効果が期待できます。
継続することでより高い減量効果が期待できます。

用法・用量

1日1回、起床時の空腹時に服用してください。

コップ約半分（約120mL以下）の水で服用し、服用後30分間は飲食・他のお薬の服用を避けてください。

通常は3mgから開始し、4週間以上服用後、7mg、14mgへ増量可能です。

毎日できるだけ同じ時間に服用してください。

副作用

主な副作用

・吐き気
・嘔吐
・下痢
・便秘
・腹痛
・食欲不振

多くは服用開始時や増量時にみられ、継続することで軽減することがあります。

激しい腹痛や持続する嘔吐などの症状が現れた場合は、服用を中止し、速やかに医療機関を受診してください。

使用上の注意点

・空腹時に服用してください。
・服用後30分間は飲食・他のお薬の服用を避けてください。
・大量の水で服用すると薬の吸収が低下し、十分な効果が得られない可能性があります。
・妊娠中・授乳中・妊娠を希望される方は使用できません。
・他の糖尿病治療薬を使用中の方は低血糖に注意が必要です。

禁忌 - ご利用いただけない方

以下に該当する方は使用できません。

・本剤成分に対して過敏症（アレルギー）の既往がある方
・妊娠中・授乳中の方
・医師が使用不適当と判断した方

飲み忘れた場合はどうすればいいですか？

その日は服用せず、翌日から通常どおり1回分を服用してください。2回分をまとめて服用しないでください。

オゼンピックやマンジャロとの違いは何ですか？

リベルサスは飲み薬（経口GLP-1受容体作動薬）で、オゼンピック・マンジャロは週1回の注射薬です。

服用後30分以内に食事をしてしまった場合は？

十分な吸収が得られず、効果が弱まる可能性があります。その日は追加で服用せず、翌日から通常どおり服用してください。

なぜ起床後すぐに飲む必要があるのですか？

リベルサスは食べ物や飲み物の影響を受けやすいため、十分な効果を得るためには、起床後の空腹時に少量の水（約120mL以下）で服用し、その後30分以上は飲食や他のお薬を控えてください。
