Rybelsus (semaglutide) is the world's first oral GLP-1 receptor agonist.

It helps control food intake naturally by suppressing appetite and prolonging satiety, thereby supporting weight loss. It is also expected to improve blood sugar levels.
Greater weight loss can be expected with continued use.

Take once a day, in the morning before breakfast, on an empty stomach.

Take with about half a glass (approx. 120 mL or less) of water,and avoid food, drink, or other medications for 30 minutes after taking.

Typically,start with 3mg,and after taking for at least 4 weeks, you may increase to 7mg, then 14mg.

Take at approximately the same time each day.

Common side effects・Nausea・Vomiting・Diarrhea・Constipation・Abdominal pain・Loss of appetite

These often occur at the start of treatment or when increasing the dose, and may lessen with continued use.

If you experience severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting, stop taking the medication and seek medical attention immediately.

・Take on an empty stomach.
・Avoid eating, drinking, and taking other medications for 30 minutes after administration.
・Taking with a large amount of water may reduce drug absorption and prevent the full effect from being achieved.
・Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive.
・Patients using other diabetes medications should be aware of the risk of hypoglycemia.

Do not use if any of the following apply:

・Those with a history of hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the ingredients in this medicine
・Pregnant or breastfeeding women
・Those for whom a doctor has deemed use inappropriate
