PrEP - Take it before to prevent HIV 99%

PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) is a preventive method that can reduce the risk of HIV infection by approximately 99% when taken before exposure to HIV.

At our clinic, we offer:
・"Daily PrEP" taken every day
・"On-demand PrEP" taken only when sexual activity is planned

You can choose according to your lifestyle.

Daily PrEP
Take one tablet once a day, preferably at the same time each day.

On-Demand PrEP
Take two tablets 2 to 24 hours before sex, then one tablet 24 hours later, and another tablet 24 hours after that (2-1-1 regimen).

If you have sex on multiple days, continue taking the medication until 48 hours after your last sexual encounter.

The displayed price includes the consultation fee and medication costs.

・Confirm HIV-negative status before starting PrEP.・Quarterly HIV testing is recommended while on PrEP.・Individuals with Hepatitis B cannot use PrEP.・On-demand PrEP is not recommended for women.・PrEP only prevents HIV. It does not prevent syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc.

At our clinic, you can choose between "Standard Delivery (Nekoposu)" or "Takkyubin Compact (+500 yen)" depending on the size of your package and your preferences.
