Adverse reactions

Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, and loss of appetite. These often occur at the start of administration or when increasing the dose, and may lessen with continued use.

If severe side effects such as intense abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, symptoms suggestive of hypoglycemia, or symptoms suggestive of acute pancreatitis appear, discontinue use and promptly seek medical attention.

Points to note when using

・Store in a refrigerator (2-8°C) and do not freeze.
・Administer on the same day each week.
・If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, consult your doctor in advance.
・Patients using other diabetes medications should be aware of the risk of hypoglycemia.

Contraindications - People who cannot use this product

The following individuals should not use this product:

・Those with a history of hypersensitivity (allergy) to any ingredient in this product.
・Those with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN2).
・Those for whom a doctor has deemed use inappropriate.

Takkyubin Compact (+500 yen)

・Requires in-person receipt.
・Delivery date and time can be specified.
・After shipping, you can change the receipt date/time or pick-up location (e.g., sales office, convenience store).

Can I order this at room temperature?

Yes, you can also choose standard shipping. However, for quality assurance, our clinic recommends refrigerated shipping. Exchanges due to quality defects during delivery are only applicable to refrigerated shipping.

If I subscribe to a recurring delivery, can I cancel it midway through?

For subscription orders, you can skip, change the shipping date, or cancel from My Page up to 3 days before the next payment and shipping date. There are no cancellation fees, regardless of when you cancel.
