Indications

It is a GLP-1/GIP receptor agonist (tirzepatide). It suppresses appetite and maintains a feeling of fullness, thereby naturally controlling food intake and supporting weight loss. It is also expected to be effective in improving blood sugar levels.

Directions and Dosage

Inject subcutaneously once a week on a designated day into the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm.

Side effects

Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, and loss of appetite. These often occur at the start of administration or when increasing the dose, and may lessen with continued use.

If severe side effects such as intense abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, symptoms suggestive of hypoglycemia, or symptoms suggestive of acute pancreatitis appear, discontinue use and promptly seek medical attention.

Precautions for use

・Store in a refrigerator (2-8°C) and do not freeze.
・Administer on the same day each week.
・If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, consult your doctor in advance.
・Patients using other diabetes medications should be aware of the risk of hypoglycemia.

Contraindications - Who Should Not Use

The following individuals should not use this product:

・Those with a history of hypersensitivity (allergy) to any ingredient in this product.
・Those with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN2).
・Those for whom a doctor has deemed use inappropriate.
