・就寝前に、汗を抑えたい部位にパースピレックスを塗布します。夜間は汗腺の活動が低下し、パースピレックスによる角栓が作り易くなります。そのため、就寝前の塗布が効果的です。
・塗布した部位を、完全に乾かしてから着衣してください。
・翌朝、塗布部位を汗取りシートや濡れたタオルなどで拭いてください。塗り直しの必要はありません。
・効果が出るまで1週間程度、毎晩塗布してください。効果が出始めてからは、週2～3回の塗布を行なってください。敏感肌の方は1日おきに2週間、塗布してください。
