How to Use

1. Upon receiving the kit, please check the contents.
2. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them completely.
3. Using the provided blood collection device, collect a small amount of blood from your fingertip.
4. Place the collected blood into the designated container.
5. Fill out the application form and return it along with the collected sample.
6. After analysis by the testing facility, you can check your test results.

The displayed prices include consultation fees and medication costs.

At our clinic, you can choose between "Standard Delivery (Nekoposu)" or "Takkyubin Compact (+500 yen)" depending on the size of your package and your preferences.

Delivered in person.
Delivery date and time can be specified.
Even after shipping, you can change the delivery date and time, or the pickup location such as a sales office or convenience store.
