・男性もパートナーの妊娠を希望する場合は、服用終了後2か月程度空けることをおすすめしています。
・ビタミンA製剤やテトラサイクリン系抗菌薬との併用は避けてください。
・定期的な採血検査をお願いする場合があります。

※イソトレチノインには胎児に重大な影響を及ぼすおそれ（催奇形性）があります。服用中および服用終了後2か月間は妊娠しないよう、確実な避妊を行ってください。
