効果効能

ラミシールクリーム1%（一般名：テルビナフィン塩酸塩）

効能・効果：白癬（足白癬・体部白癬・股部白癬）、カンジダ症（皮膚）、癜風

皮膚糸状菌の細胞膜合成を阻害し、殺菌的に作用する抗真菌薬です。

用法・用量

1日1回、患部とその周辺に塗布してください。症状が消えた後も、再発予防のため医師の指示期間は塗布を継続してください。

副作用

適用部位の発赤・かゆみ・かぶれ、接触皮膚炎（まれ）。重篤な副作用の報告は少ないとされています。

Which is better, over-the-counter medicine or prescription medicine?

While some active ingredients may overlap, hospitals boast higher cure rates because they select medications tailored to symptoms and types, and provide specific instructions on usage and duration. Furthermore, oral medications for nail tinea, which cannot be treated with over-the-counter drugs, are only available by prescription.

Can you get athlete's foot even if it's not itchy?

Yes, there is. Hyperkeratotic tinea pedis and onychomycosis usually cause little to no itching. If you have persistent dry, rough heels or discolored, deformed nails, you may have athlete's foot.

I stopped using my athlete's foot medicine partway through. Can I just start applying it again?

Please resume as soon as possible. However, if you repeatedly stop treatment midway, the bacteria will persist and you will be more susceptible to a relapse cycle. If you can inform us of the period you discontinued treatment at your next appointment, we will re-establish your treatment plan.

I may have infected my family. What should I do?

We recommend that all family members see a doctor and get tested. If infected, starting treatment simultaneously will help prevent reinfection. Please also immediately personalize bath mats, slippers, and towels.

While being treated for athlete's foot, can I go to the pool or public baths?

Bathing itself is not an issue even during treatment. However, there is a possibility of transmitting it to others after using public foot mats at public baths or swimming pools. During treatment, please refrain from using public facilities or take precautions such as thoroughly wiping your feet with your own towel after touching a foot mat.
