It was very smooth and the communication was excellent. Instead of having to search the web for inquiries, I could easily ask questions and communicate by registering for LINE, which was very helpful. Many other places have set times for phone support, but Aoyama's office always responded quickly and diligently when I contacted them, which made things very smooth and helpful! I also felt very reassured that I could easily ask about medication, which was a huge help.😊
