Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, and loss of appetite. Most of these occur at the beginning of treatment or when the dose is increased, and may lessen with continued use.

If severe side effects such as intense abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, symptoms of hypoglycemia, or symptoms suggestive of acute pancreatitis occur, stop using the medication and seek medical attention immediately.

・Store in a refrigerator (2-8°C) and do not freeze.
・Administer on the same day each week.
・If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, please consult your doctor in advance.
・Patients using other diabetes medications should be aware of the risk of hypoglycemia.

The following individuals should not use this product:

・Those with a history of hypersensitivity (allergy) to the ingredients of this drug
・Those with a history or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN2)
・Those for whom a doctor has determined that use is inappropriate
