How to Use

Please take one 20mg tablet after meals.

Generally, it is said that continued use for 4-6 months leads to improvement and makes recurrence less likely.

Special Notes

Isotretinoin has been reported to cause fetal deformities. Both men and women must use contraception while taking this medication. Conception should only be attempted at least 2 months after discontinuing the medication.
It is recommended to start taking the medication on the 2nd or 3rd day of a normal menstrual cycle.
A pregnancy test is also recommended to rule out pregnancy.
Avoid taking supplements containing Vitamin A.
Do not use with DoxyPEP. If you are taking DoxyPEP, please consult us.
Do not donate blood during treatment and for one month after discontinuing the medication.

Medical evidence

A clinical trial (SURPASS J-mono study) conducted in Japanese patients with type 2 diabetes reported the following results:
・HbA1c (a marker of blood sugar levels) decreased by up to 2.8%
・Body weight decreased by up to 10.7 kg
