Can I order this for room temperature delivery?

Yes, you can choose standard shipping. However, to maintain quality, our clinic recommends refrigerated shipping. Exchanges due to quality issues during delivery are only applicable to refrigerated shipping.

Can I cancel my subscription mid-term?

You can skip, change the shipping date, or cancel your subscription through My Page up to 3 days before your next scheduled payment and shipping date. There are no cancellation fees, regardless of when you cancel.

What should I do if I want to increase the dosage?

You must also consult a doctor when changing your dosage.

If you wish to increase your dosage, please follow these steps:

・Cancel your current subscription from My Page.・Order the product with your desired dosage.・Answer the medical questionnaire.

Based on the medical questionnaire, a doctor will examine you and determine whether to approve the prescription.
